This form collects basic information from DJs to help us promote the artists more effectively on our social media channels. By submitting this form, you consent to your information being collected, stored, and shared in a DJ database managed by INDEKS KOREA. This database may be used for promotional purposes and shared with third parties, including event organizers and music industry partners. Access to the database may be offered to third parties for a fee.

Your profile is also listed publicly in the INDEKS Database. Only public information appears there: your artist name, whether you produce, your city, genres, short bio and the profile links you provide. Your email address and phone number are never published. You can ask us to correct or remove your public entry at any time - email [email protected] and we will take it down.
